North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast | Saw a news segment that TVA is breaking ground on a small scale reactor that can run a heavy industry park and several thousand homes. TVA has 6 active reactors and seems to know what they are doing.
Amazon is putting in 2 data centers and the upgrade to power is supposed to be part of the rate they pay once operational according to reports.
Solar farms are popular in the Delta region as the new energy is needed for development of any kind here.
