I agree with many others on here. any bin under 30 foot diameter I’m trying to slowly fill with used lumber, tile, fittings, tires, etc. to discourage their use. I ordered a new 42 foot bin this week to further discourage their use. Those size bins were fine for grinding feed out of etc. but the labor force is getting older and fewer and setting up and cleaning out a bunch a little bins isn’t practical anymore.
How much value does grain storage add to the value of the land it sits on?
