Small squares of alfalfa with a high percentage of orchard grass for the horse/calf market. No effort and big $$*

I've been getting a nice cutting of red clover or "plow down" one year alfalfa after oats. Maybe you are already seeding something in your wheat. The residual N has been impressive.

If you're doing pumpkins and sweet corn marketed to the public, there are some corn mazes that are successful, but I know nothing of the details.
