Cereal rye. Has to be planted in the fall. This is my 7th rye crop. We have been selling ours for seed to a local seed dealer that cleans and markets cover crop seed. I think you could sell it yourself. No 1 reason for raising it is to be able to tile in the late summer. It makes a lot of straw if you have a use or market for that.
