DONT USE A SERVICE PROVIDER.
I used Efile4Biz.com a few years back.
I had two recipients that never received them.
They REFUSED to issue a replacement. I should have disputed credit card charge, but I didn’t.
Very haughty business!
The 1096 forms are dated.
The 1099 have a spot to fill in year.
