I think they would only deny it if the tires where found to be dry rotten and didn't meet inspection.
Ive dealt with enough insurance companies to know " nothing is off the table " if they want to try to deny a claim. Im Not saying they'll get away with a tire brand excuse, but it's not beneath them trying.
