sloughclub - 12/4/2025 17:28 11 to 14 is pretty much the norm in last 12 months but just not really enough has moved to test the market, I’m 68 and been in the land market here since first farm I bought at 17 yrs old , I have never seen any kind of rating listed with a single farm , we’re cotton corn rice soybeans in about that order of acres , corn aph would run 225 to 255 all around, every sq ft here is precision leveled and furrow irrigated with absolutely the best water supply of any place on irrigated earth, those two guys are not the kind to go around offering anything but if something comes up as for sale they’ll know it, you know I guess they are really a little to old to be technical boomers , I’m not familiar with what that generation was called

What would the irrigation costs run per acre on a "normal" year?

Unless the irrigation costs are high, that sounds pretty cheap for those kinds of APH's.
