 SW Ohio | I've done Sunflowers a couple times after wheat. First attempt was not good, 17bpa. This year got 32bpa, used better seed this time around. We feed them to our cattle and chickens, though I did clean some and bag to sell for bird feed. Good money if you can package it and get it in front of an audience. I'm curious about doing Sorghum this year, then adding Sunflowers and cracked Corn for a wild bird blend in the grinder/mixer. Problem is it all takes time, which is of short supply | |
