Calling to remind people up the chain of your issues and asking for a break on next year's seed is probably your best bet. Bringing in a lawyer is just gonna irritate everyone and you'll be reminded that they didn't promise a specific level of purity.
For future protection, have a seed sample tested before planting. | |
