I always figured if you roll around with pigs expect to get muddy.
My experience with ngmo is you don't bank on the premium, you consider it a gift and receive it in such a way. No way would i put a ngmo premium in my expected cash flow for many reasons such as yours. Like the others said too many variables that are out of our control.
