Mc Bee just needs to follow the blueprint of Paul Walczk.
Paul Walczak was a nursing home executive, sentenced in May 2025 for $7 million in payroll tax fraud. He was pardoned by Trump less than three weeks after his mother, Elizabeth Fago, attended a $1 million-per-person fundraising dinner for a Trump super PAC.
Paul never had to pay restitution after the pardon.
