NC KS | He did the crime and he is getting off way too easy on the time. I would hope no matter what, any farm remotely associated with him or the family is uninsurable.
If him or they are able to insure, it would need a multiperson audit every year where every acre and every bushel is accounted for. He is claiming planting dates shot him down but 4 mil restitution for understating production is the real crime. | |
