the problem (some may or may not see it as a problem) is whether a 500 acre farmer or a 10,000 acre farmer quits in one way or another, it`s usually big farmers getting the land. very seldom a 200 acre farmer gets some of it to become a 400 acre farmer. it`s usually a big farmer/farmers expanding their quest towards 50,000 acres, that is if they quantify what size makes them happy outside of simply "more!".
