I’m looking at doing the same. I have a 50x100 by 18’ tall shop with 2x8 framed walls. I do have an insulation wrap behind the tin already. I’m thinking of sheeting the inside 8’ up blowing it full and then the remaining 10’ and blow that full. The 9” cavity would be approximately r30. It would take approximately 190 bags of insulation and Menards has a sale right now for 9.99 a bag so $2,000 should about get the walls. That’s a little cheaper than foam.

Don't do that. The blown insulation will settle, leaving a gap at the top.
