sloughclub - 12/4/2025 15:24 Just had a call this afternoon, 86 year old been investing in land our area for a long time has a lot , looking pretty hard for some more , this after an 83 yr old of the same exact type told me two weeks ago is wanting to buy some as well , don’t know how many areas are as here but I don’t know of a single farm for them to even go look at , lot of old boomer money out there



What’s land sell for in your area?   What type of APH would that be for?

Maybe those old boomers aren’t offering enough to shake ground loose.   The past 2 months have seen more acres change hands in this area than any time in the past 20 years.  So far it hasn’t seemed to weigh the market down much if any.
