I would think you would much rather stay in a VRBO than most motel/hotels.The cost of a large RV can be 750,000$ new to 30k$ well used.In this state the annual excise tax on a 1/2 million $$ RV pays for a house in the south..Nearly no one registers here.In Florida you wont find any easy spot to stay thats not booked way in advance.Many easterners book the entire winter there.Heck in the South east Georgia low country they are putting hookups in old cotton fields,no shade ,no pond,just a spot with electrical and H20.Then the residents drive in to Florida it seems.
