Here is my idea, offer a 50 billion tax free prize to a company that can make a 4 door car or small suv that gets 100 mpg. It would need to be made in USA . I had a 81 Volkswagen pickup that got 46 mpg. There is no reason why nearly a half century later the 100 mpg could not be done.
