money management = a person that has deep pockets but short arms.
has a fork in his sugar bowl
Counts his money in the mirror so he doesn't short himself
still has their communion money!
He's first out of the taxi but last up to the bar.
When he wakes up in the mornings he’d check under the bed to see if he lost any sleep
