That was on the secretary not FSA. Talk to her boss. Poor excuse for not dealing with FSA.
There's a lot missing to this story. When your previous oan was paid off, the lien was released at the courthouse. Prove it to her. You had a 1 in 10000 secretary. Could be fired for stupidity.
No trouble with Poet or ADM.
But this lady at the Coop said she was going by the book. Would not cut a check without talking to FSA first. Week later same deal. Month later same deal. Next wheat harvest same deal.
FSA ladies even grumbled about her.
Hadn't taken any CCC loans for 2 or 3 years when this all went down. Not sure what the county FSA boss finally did to get my name off whatever list the coop lady had but was glad when she did.
