It never ceases to amaze me the loyalty that people have for pioneer. You can get the same double stack for $100 a bag less from other companies. The "all pioneer" discount is the biggest joke out there. Plant something else or quit complaining.
Yep, blind loyalty and before you know it, it's $350 a bag. My experience is seed is one, if not the last emotional purchase for an operation. Most guys are buying from their buddy or a neighbor and don't want to upset them or ruin a relationship. Has to be hard to stomach when other offers are coming in in a tight financial market. |
