Southeast Colorado		To be fair to me..........I did say that in my 2nd post that it may not make perfect business sense to be farming it. But it still creates cash flow. And who in the heck wants to jump in and out of this farming thing. It's not like we're all rolling stocks and paper.

I said one other time about a big cattle guy I know........who is now retired. He told me that they always ran their feedlot on 10 year cycles. And that many years they were losing money buying calves and feeding them. But they didn't jump in and out on a whim. They weren't parking the feed trucks and sending everyone home. They had to keep feeding calves to reap the big rewards when they came along. Now drop the 10th year off your calculations and you could see how the real industry was changing.

So that's all I'm saying about the paid for land keeping you in business today.
