I am paranoid about being in a situation like that.


Rule # 1 - Do not oversteer...just a small amount of steering correction.

Why - Initially, the steering input does nothing...if driver oversteers...when the tires get "traction", off to a new direction, which could cause tractor-trailer to jackknife.

It's a strange perception when it happens....I applied a steering correction, and nothing happened

Been there, done that several times....and gravel vs paved roads...worse on gravel roads.
