I don't know what you're on Steve, but can you point out to me where you "clearly stated any convenience store...or grocery store", in what you originally posted in the above statement?

I do look at the nutrition labels. I Typically refrain from purchasing/using ones that have sugar as the first ingredient listed. Is sugar somewhere on the listed ingredients?? Yes, typically so. I don't drink soft drinks nor eat candy, I think I'll survive with what sugar is added to BBQ rubs. Then again, maybe I won't. I might die happier that way, good luck with your approach.
