Cherokee iowa | Finally got the seed all bought. Looks like my average corn price per bag is $287 all smartstx or vorceed. So about 8% lower then last year. Beans up about .5% year on year. Going to have field side by sides with dekalb channel and brevant. Gave each the same order. We do need 38 more bags that I’m thinking will go to the highest priced corn on the market pioneer. Dealer claims he will make me more money with the higher seed cost. So thinking the new 105 vorceed and the 108am. So I have no dog in this fight I hope they all yield. Kinda excited to see them all grow next year. | |
