Coup,

You post this stuff and then add below that your "cash reserves are increasing".

I suppose you think you are providing a public service to raise awareness that everyone needs to tighten their level of management to your level if they want to stay in the game. That's noble but doesn't come across as very humble. You should know by now most people don't want your help. Many take your unsolicited advice as an insult.

But you're not wrong.

Never said anybody needs to do things my way to stay in the game, or the way I do things is what anybody else has to do..

Really don't care what anybody thinks about what I post, if they don't like what I post nobody is holding a gun to their head to read it.

Reality is, not too hard to build cash reserves if you don't blow the after tax income. Can tell you from experience it is whole lot nicer not having to provide a lender yearly financial info to to buy anything or put in a crop.

The FBFM numbers showed average debt @ around $ 1 million x 7% = $70,000 year money cost. Somebody that is operating on their own money x 5 years is $490,000 ahead of the person paying interest on $1 million per year.

The big winners year in and out is productive time management and money management if a person wants to gain traction and have a leg up on the competition.
