Take a weekend trial rental of a moderate size. We tow a good sized fifth wheel. Temporary setup for sleeping in truck lot can be quick. Have also run a big motor home. Cummins 8.3, 350 hp I think. The bigger HP was nice. Auto jacks make life easy. Parking lots may require expando stay closed. Pay attention to emission delete issues.
