SW MN | There are a couple of options that would get you in the dropplet size you are looking for, but you would probably have to use adapters to make them fit your Wilger nozzle bodies. Hypro makes a HF140 tip that I have guys running on non-PWM systems where for low rates(10-15gpa), they will shut off every other nozzle and go every one for high rate(20-+30gpa) work. It makes for one set of tips for a large range of rates. The biggest drawback to these is the smallest size is an 08(08-60). It is a 140° tip so that allows the wider spacing with UC droplets. I'm not sure how this would work with your PWM system. TeeJet makes an AccuPulse TwinJet that would also get you into the UC droplet size and is designed for PWM systems. The Wilger tip you are using, if in the size you are currently running, would be a great tip for what you are looking for in the droplet size class and would not require any changes. | |
