Southeast Colorado		Notice I didn't say "leveraged" paid for ground. Because then it wouldn't really be "paid for".

True paid for land that creates revenue can get someone through a tougher economic period. Sure you could maybe rent it to someone else for more than you're making off it...........but then again, maybe not. However, paid for land can create cash flow while simultaneously adding to your net worth.

That's all I was saying. Even though I realize your points above are valid.
