EC Nebraska		The upcoming Chinese New Year is Feb 17th.

It's very unlikely that China will be making any purchases February 15-23.

It's also very unlikely that the Chinese New Year had anything to do with Scott Bessent's blathering.

Does anyone know of any season on any calendar that ends on Feb 28th?

I agree with Joe's opinion of Mr. Bessent.
