I put 2x4 upright in between the posts kind of like wall studs and used faced batt insulation. Covered with liner panel. I used unfaced insulation in the ceiling, I just threw in on top of the liner panel as I put it up.
I rented a small scissors lift when I did mine. I rented it for 60 days and they gave me a pretty good rate
