Lots of guys use electric boilers for shop floor heat around here. That’s what we have in our 80X82 shop, the electricity for the heat costs around $275-300/month during the winter, we keep it about 58 in the shop and 65 in the office/kitchen. I like it, it’s totally silent and trouble free so far, but it’s only about 3 years old.
