You’ll have to search for the following. Control panel > network and sharing center > then find the interface you are using. Change the IP address to what you think it should be. You can also google “how to change and ip on windows”
More than likely, something isn’t talking right. Because you’ll only get a 168.x.x.x if your computer isn’t pulling information from your internet router.
