My question is: Roll them back to what level? Trump's first term? Or to an earlier time? It sounds like they only eliminated the Biden levels. There is room to roll back farther. Today's engines are more efficient than those of 10-15 years ago, even with all the junk hung on them. Imagine how much more efficient they can be if allowed to breathe and exhale easier.
