Yawn.......neighbor just got his second heated shop in 10 years completed. Wanted one to fix all the things he did wrong with the first one. Stop sharing meaningless articles like this. Farmers have wealth like never before in history.


Apparently you don't have a clue what reality is then.,My guess and after talking to a person that is on Ag bank board. Around 75% of the crop requires borrowed $ to produce it. A lot of wealth on paper, cash liquidity is the problem for too many. The liquidity issue started showing up two years ago.

Until there isn't.

When the bank gets nervous and decides to cut your values in half to cover their butts, that's when the manure will really hit the fan.
