Example $15,000 acre ground = around $7500 acre = $22,500 acre total @ some point, some will not be able to generate enough income , to pay the amount income tax required to pay the debt..




I've been mentioning the tax liability on buying ground with debt for years.     It takes a crap load of pre tax income to get enough after tax income to pay for any size piece of $20k+ ground.

And I'm not sure that the number isn't closer to 200% than 150%



No different for the person buying a house or vehicle to drive that is paid for in after tax $. Using the 50% of purchase Income tax requirement, $30,000 vehicle required $15,000 income tax, now people are driving around in $100,000 vehicles that require $50,000 income tax .

$100,000 house = $50,000 income tax, now the house is $400,000= $200,000 income tax. Would hope people would wise up @ some point and realize how bad they are getting screwed by their elected officials mismanagement.
