SE MN
Been doing it for 15 years but into multiple 48x12 bins. 2/3 1/3 dryer. Steep 1st ring as to not blow out floor supports then turn fans on and let them blow. I have 2 screaming axial fans on each bin, single phase and I think 20 hp but not positive with out looking. I do switch bins every ring or so. Dumping between 100-130 degrees depending on variables. Haven't had any trouble with cooling in the bins, no condensation, don't seem to take long to cool either. I start the bottoms at 16.5-17 moisture and go down as I go up, ending at the top around 13.5-14 moisture. I run an aspirator, spreader, and dump the centers out every fall freeze up between 10-20 degrees out side air temp, and cover the fan openings before spring. Haven't had any issues that come to mind. I do shut the bin fans off for rain...not sure if I need to or not but just spent that money drying the corn, rather not pump moisture back into bin.
