I fill some that size most years. If you are the potential buyer and user, they would have some extra value to you. Biggest problem for me and filling those size of bins, one good day can fill them. I seem to spend an hour or more setting up to load the bin and about that getting it back down (includes clean up time, opening and closing hatches, etc.). If I wasn't filling them, I could have harvested another 15-20 acres. If I had 1 25k bin, setup time would be the same but could be setup there for a couple of days and several semi loads going out before running a drag auger. My thoughts are from filling with corn. Wheat would be a lot different. Having a leg or some other way to set a big auger once to fill all the bins would make the value go up considerably.

Mostly a 1 man operation here so can't keep combine running while augers are being moved.
