There was a thread not too long ago, questioning about spreading potash on frozen ground.   Well, this is similar.... No, this is worse. The nutrients in the manure are more likely to be lost if spread on frozen or snow-covered ground. If you can stockpile it until spring, that is the way to go. In my opinion.
