Spray foam is great stuff but pricey. To do flash and batt one needs to get half the r value from each type or you can end up with condensation issues in the wall. So two inches of foam roughly r14 and r13 batt over the top. At that point another inch of spray is prob best. Anything you do you need to keep the airflow out of the cavity or it can sweat plus the insulation doesnt work with cold air flowing through…. the reason why the air sealing qualities of spray foam are so great.

I would look at polystyrene sheets (white stuff) between the purlins with spray foam to fill the gaps for airseal. Another overlooked one would be sprayed cellulose with glue to hold it but I dont know much about the details.
