I had a building supply company that cut styrofoam in any thickness you wanted. I put 2 inch thick and then put metal over. Did the same on ceiling. In Ohio, so winters can get cold. Use a gas powered box heater on the ceiling. Stays warm, we typically set at 60 during the day, and 50 at night.
