Put 1 1/2” bead board between the out side gurts. Use a can of expanding foam to seal them in around the edges. Hang 8 foot wide insulation between the poles. Get the stuff that has plastic on one side.

Half the cost of spray foam and more r value. The bead board stops the wind.

This is what I did in my shop. I use to play the how long can I wait to turn on the heat game. Common to make it to January 1 and not get below 40 degrees. I live in Minnesota.

I saved over $5000 when I did my shop and the first year I only burned 500 gallons of propane.
