If you were in Alberta id say foam, with your location id just hang bats. Much more affordable and easy to do yourself. I built a shop at my house a few years ago and i put foam board between the purlins and then hung bats, works just fine if you dont want to splurge for foam. Foam is great, especially when im spending someone else's money lol
