How much value does grain storage add to the value of the land it sits on?

OHfarmer7 - 12/3/2025 14:49 If I owned the surrounding farm ground and needed storage they would be worth paying a little more for that acre. If it’s a stand alone site even close by it would be hard for me to spend much on. One Acre doesn’t give much room. If it’s attached to someone else’s barnyard it would be worthless to me. Even if it was my best friend’s house. You never know who is going to end up living there.



An acre with 5 bins on it is going to be really tight to fill/empty with an auger and have room to maneuver trucks.      Especially if there’s ever a snow pile involved.
