If I owned the surrounding farm ground and needed storage they would be worth paying a little more for that acre. If it’s a stand alone site even close by it would be hard for me to spend much on. One Acre doesn’t give much room. If it’s attached to someone else’s barnyard it would be worthless to me. Even if it was my best friend’s house. You never know who is going to end up living there.
