We need to buy some land from my dad for our future building plans, plus where the current buildings are.  The buildings are owned by all of us, he owns the land underneath.  Is it possible to buy an equal amount of land and swap/exchange it with him.  He's ok with the idea, I'm just making sure its legal and not missing something.  It would be about 40-60 acres, so it's not a small swap.
