southern MN | I think I started farming when I was 8 years old plowing down cover crops in spring, put in a few hours a day. With the Oliver 2 bottom trip plow. That was a long time ago.
I think this farm has always had 5-20 acres of cover crops year that I’ve been alive. Small potato stuff, but it’s something fun and different and probably helps me out long term.
Sounds like you got a good side business going there!
