If you find their hole, pour some phostoxin pellets in and wad up plastic bags to seal it in. It's gonna stink in the area for a few days though
This is precisely why liability lawyers are so plentiful. And it's why some good tools, like dynamite and phostoxin, are now a licensed product- someone decided to use them without thinking.
