Guys get carried away. Sure they aren't the greatest bins and needs some updated unloaders which is easy to do. The super farmers with the own personal elevator scoff and dismiss it. But I guarantee that if you auction that parcel off by itself it will bring way more than the price of an acre of bare dirt. My guess would be around $0.50/bushel plus the cost of the land. You never know for sure unless you put it up for sale of course.
