I read auger under the floor to mean under a cement floor since he didn’t say drying floor. To me that would not be easy to replace the auger.

But if it’s a drying floor where it’s easy to upgrade the auger I don’t think I’d consider it a liability. Maybe not much of an asset but also not much of a liability either.
