Lots of questions, need more info.. You can income tax avg. 3 years. Next question I have is, do you think taxes will go down or up? As another said, fill the 12%. In the end, We have little info to go on. ask your CPA, MAYBE EVEN A COUPLE DIFFERNET ONES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR CURRENT ONE.
